There is no mistaking its attractive aroma, the one that tickles your nose and makes your stomach growl for apple pie - correct!!!

Cinnamon Reduces Blood Sugar
- One of the benefits of cinnamon is its ability to moderate blood sugar. New phyto-chemicals have been discovered in cinnamon – chalcone polymers – that increase glucose metabolism in cells.
In one human study, daily amounts as low as ¼ to ½ teaspoon per day produced a 20% drop in blood sugar!How cool is that?
With the growing levels of diabetes in the country and over, this is certainly welcome news. A spice that mimics insulin, increases glucose uptake by cells, and helps other cells convert glucose to glycogen (stored sugar) – well, that is enough to propel cinnamon to stardom – but there’s more......stay glued to this page!
