But if you have the courage to take risks, to embrace vulnerability, to desire and pursue new adventures ... to love unreservedly ... to dip your toes in unclear water not knowing nor caring how deep ~ you will live some of life's most wonderful experiences.⁣

And in the end? You will be as thankful for your cloudy days, as much as you are for your rainbows ... and this thing called life? This thing called life will make complete sense. I promise ✨️ ⁣

20 years ago, we did a thing! We made some lemonade from the lemons we found back home in Ghana and called it PlanIt Events.⁣

"Ah! You guys make serious??" "So you really want to go back to Ghana?" "But why would you leave such an enviable position to go and carry chairs at somebody's wedding?" "Really? Are you sure?"⁣
⁣
We can't blame our friends and family for questioning our plan ~ for trying to dissuade us. This cross we had chosen to carry got heavier each day. Wedding & party planning wasn't considered a notable nor prestigious profession in Ghana - yet. In fact, it wasn't even really a thing here yet, if we're being honest.⁣
⁣
Looking back now, this leap of faith was INSAAANE, chale! But we started something. God, we STARTED SOMETHING. And what a tumultuous yet worthwhile ride this has been!!! 🔥 ⁣
