The week before your event is not a waiting game. It is the most important week of the entire planning process.
Swipe through to see what actually happens on our end.
7 days out — every vendor gets a final confirmation call. Not a text. A call. We need to hear a voice, not read a message.
5 days out — the run of show is locked. Every minute of the event day is accounted for. If it is not on the document, it is not happening.
3 days out — full team briefing. Every usher, every coordinator, every person on ground knows exactly where to stand, what to say and what to do if something goes wrong.
2 days out — contingency review. Power backup, vendor replacements, weather plan, timeline buffer. We ask every worst case question so you never have to.
Event eve — one final walkthrough of the venue. We check what we planned against what is actually there.
By the time event day arrives, nothing is a surprise.
That is the standard. That is the work most people never see.
If you have an event coming up and you want this level of coordination behind it, click the link in our bio for a free consultation. We still have availability for Q3.
📌 Save this so you know what to ask your coordinator for.
