Tattoo Cymru 2026 – Salute to the Sea Soldier

This year, Tattoo Cymru returns to William Aston Hall, Wrexham, on 5th September for another fantastic evening of pomp, pageantry and performance.

This year’s show, A Salute to the Sea Soldier, will place the Royal Marines Association Concert Band centre stage, sharing powerful stories of Royal Marines and seafarers whose legacies are deeply rooted in Welsh history.

They’ll be joined by an outstanding line-up of guest performers, including Welsh classical singers and Britain’s Got Talent finalists Richard and Adam Johnson, alongside the Scots Guards Association Pipes and Drums.

Audiences can also look forward to powerful performances from Ava Gordon Butler and Sean Clark Wilkinson, as well as a host of traditional Welsh performers celebrating the nation’s rich cultural heritage. Among them will be prize-winning Welsh clog dancer Dan Jones, traditional Welsh piper Tim Eastwood, and Tattoo Cymru newcomer and Welsh folk musician Geraint Owens.

Also taking part will be the North West Veterans Corps of Drums, a non-profit music organisation providing peer support and community engagement for ex-service personnel and members of the uniformed services, together with Connah’s Quay Sea Cadets, TS Tuscan.

Bringing together history, remembrance, music and performance, Tattoo Cymru offers audiences the chance to experience the energy, skill and pageantry that makes it such a standout event in Wrexham’s calendar.

Eleni, bydd Tattoo Cymru yn dychwelyd i Neuadd William Aston ar 5 Medi am noson ragorol arall o ysblander, pasiantri a pherfformiad.

Bydd Band Cyngerdd Cymdeithas y Môr-filwyr Brenhinol yn ganolog i’r sioe eleni, Saliwt i Filwyr y Môr, gan rannu straeon pwerus Môr-filwyr Brenhinol a morwyr y mae eu hetifeddiaeth wedi'i gwreiddio'n ddwfn yn hanes Cymru.

Byddant yn cael eu hategu gan restr ragorol o berfformwyr gwadd, gan gynnwys y cantorion clasurol o Gymru a chystadleuwyr rownd terfynol Britain’s Got Talent, Richard ac Adam Johnson a Phibau a Drymiau Cymdeithas Gwarchodlu’r Alban.
