✨ We are honestly blown away… ✨

As we head into the second half of the year, we have just TWO Saturday dates left between May and September 2027. 🤯

Five years into running Bennetts Willow Barn after building it from scratch (after hosting a handful of weddings in our yurt following our own wedding 10 years ago), it finally feels like we’re really finding our people. ❤️

Not only have we already taken more wedding bookings in the first half of this year than we did in the whole of last year, but the couples choosing us are exactly the kind of people we love working with! Fun, relaxed, outdoorsy couples who want a wedding that feels completely like them.

We genuinely cannot wait to celebrate with every single one of you.

This year has been a little quieter than we’d hoped, but wow… you’re certainly making up for it by filling our 2027 diary at an incredible pace! ✨

Not many wedding venues can say this… but our wedding guests sometimes share their photographs with our cows! 🐄❤️

As we get ready to welcome visitors for Open Farm Sunday tomorrow on our family farm , it’s a lovely reminder that Bennetts Willow Barn is more than just a beautiful venue – it’s part of a genuine working family dairy farm that has been cared for by generations of our family.

From grazing cows and rolling countryside views to relaxed celebrations in our yurt marquee, barn and gardens, our couples get to enjoy a wedding setting that’s truly unique and rooted in the countryside we are so lucky to get to call home.

We love seeing moments like this, where our farming life becomes part of a couple’s wedding story.

🌸 Wedding Flowers with a story 🌸

There’s something rather lovely about knowing your wedding flowers have been grown just a few hundred metres from where you’re saying “I do”.

From mid-August each year, our dahlia patch bursts into life, filling the farm with colour. Every stem is grown right here at Bennetts Willow Barn, carefully nurtured throughout the summer and picked fresh for weddings as the flowers reach their very best.

For our wedding couples, we offer our homegrown dahlias arranged in simple bud vases across your tables, adding a relaxed, colourful touch that feels perfectly at home on the farm.

And if you’re getting married elsewhere in Worcestershire, you can also pre-order buckets of freshly picked stems to arrange yourself, giving you beautiful seasonal flowers without the hefty professional florist price tag.

No imports. No long journeys. Just flowers grown with care on our family farm and picked at their absolute peak.

The best part? Every year is different. New colours emerge, favourite varieties return, and no two weddings ever look quite the same. 🌼

Our dahlias are available from mid-August until early October, with limited availability during the season.

💚 In just over a week’s time, we’ll be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary.

Back in 2016 there was no Bennetts Willow Barn. No wedding business. Just two people getting married on the family farm.

we decided to build a giant year marquee on a patch of ground just behind the trees where our five Glamping Yurts sat at

Here’s a photo from our own wedding, along with some images from the very first weddings we hosted afterwards through Worcester Glamping, long before was even an idea.

Those early couples took a chance on us and helped shape what has become hundreds of fun, relaxed farm weddings over the last decade. And it really is so lovely that we still see some of them today, bringing their families to our Farm café and event events 💕

It’s been lovely looking back at where it all began 💚

We’ve spent the last couple of days replying to all of the lovely messages and enquiries from Sunday’s Wedding Fair, and honestly… we feel so grateful 💛

Seeing so many couples imagining their wedding day here at Bennetts Willow Barn was incredibly special.

Relaxed celebrations in the yurt, drinks in the garden, dancing in the barn, golden hour photos, dogs joining the ceremony, long tables full of your favourite people… it’s everything we love about weddings here 🫶

A little update for anyone still searching for their perfect venue — our 2027 summer weekends are now almost fully booked, with only Friday 13th OR Saturday 14th August remaining as our final summer weekend date.

We also now only have:
✨ 2 May weekend dates
✨ 2 September weekend dates

(Once a Saturday goes that’s the Friday out of the diary too. We never host full wedding bookings back-to-back, so every couple gets valuable setup time the day before 💛)
