Throwback to an amazing networking event with at the Theatre last month! 🎈

I'll admit, turning up in full Sprinkles mode, complete with bright colours and balloon animals, felt a little outside my comfort zone. I'm so used to performing for children that walking into a room full of business owners was a completely different experience.

I needn't have worried. Everyone was so welcoming, so encouraging and more than happy to embrace their inner child with a balloon creation! It was a lovely reminder that stepping outside your comfort zone is often where the best experiences happen.

A huge thank you to everyone who made me feel so welcome. I'm so glad I took the leap.

Come and see some magic this weekend at two fantastic summer fetes. On Saturday I'll be at Whittington Summer Fayre, and on Sunday I'll be back at the fantastic Lyppard Summer Fete! Both are fantastic events for the whole family. Come and get a balloon and watch some magic happen right before your eyes!

Busy parties are amazing, but sometimes little ones need a moment to themselves. Setting up a small “quiet corner” with a few toys or colouring sheets can help them take a break without missing out on the fun. Simple touches like this can make a big difference to the day. 🎈

That’s one of my favourite things about magic shows. Watching children lean in, eyes wide as something impossible happens right in front of them. It never gets old.

Here’s a little reminder: kids don’t care if a party is perfect. They care if it’s fun.

A bit of laughter and plenty of joy will always beat flawless planning.

So take the pressure off and enjoy the day too.

A little balloon behind-the-scenes moment. I use Sempertex balloons for all of my twisting, which are made from 100 percent natural, biodegradable latex harvested from rubber tree sap. The trees aren’t cut down, making it a renewable material. They’re also incredibly high quality, which means brighter colours, stronger balloons and better results for your party. For anyone hesitant about balloons and the environment, this is something I think about carefully.

Winter might be here, but I’m already booking into summer ☀️

When you’re planning warmer-weather parties, it’s worth remembering that sun and heat can make balloons pop much faster than expected. Keeping them in the shade or indoors helps them last longer and keeps the smiles going.

A little forward planning now makes a big difference later.
