Not long to go till we can do Pimms o’clock in the field again!
Seems like too long since I’ve held my gun never mind spent a great day in the field blasting clays with friends and enjoying the sunshine!

Whatever your Monday checklist might be...don’t forget to think about outsourcing to a VA!

You may well be thinking ‘why would I pay someone to do the jobs I can do myself for free?’

But are you doing them? And if you are doing the small, time consuming tasks, who is taking care of the bigger tasks that are driving your business forward?

Having a can-do attitude is brilliant but by doing EVERYTHING all the time you are only leading yourself towards low productivity and eventually burnout!

Think about it: the more time you spend on the smaller things, the more sight you lose on the bigger picture for your company.

Growth in your business means you should turn your attention from the small things -- but don’t count them out as meaningless or non-important to your company!
