Well what a fab evening that was.
Just home from a Charity Dinner Party. I offered my services to be auctioned to raise money for the Devon Air Ambulance at an event organised by Pauline and Ken Govier and family.
I was thrilled to be “purchased” by a lovely local couple who hosted a lovely evening for 12 feasting on:

Canapés
Salmon En Croute with White Wine Sauce
Roasted Root Veg
Seasonal Greens

They choose two of my most popular desserts
Apricot and Almond Tart
Lemon Posset with Homemade Shortbread

I think they are all quite full now 😂

I received a lovely bouquet 💐 as a thank you.
It was my pleasure to support such a worthy cause.

Preparation for tonight’s private dinner party of 16 started 3 days ago with marinading the Lamb, and finished this evening with putting the canapé components together. All my clients had to do was enjoy their evening. We took care of the rest. 😃
We’ve cleared up and left them to enjoy their coffee & homemade chocolates in front of the fire.

Christmas is a bit of a busman’s holiday for me but we have had an amazing time. Luckily I shared the work with my eldest daughter this year.
You can’t beat homemade food ....and all the food I produce is exactly that.
One of my favourite Christmas treats this year was my homemade stuffing. It was so popular I think I might start serving it up with some simple greens for a family meal.

Lovely Couple's Wedding at Old Bridge- Wedding Reception & Special Occasions, Somerset .
The couple chose a delicious mix of Canapés, a Buffet lunch including dressed salmon and rare beef & my ever popular homemade desserts .
I couldn't have done it without the support of my amazing team. They worked so hard behind the scenes and front of house, thanks to you all x As normal I didn't get as many pictures I should have to promote myself on social media, just to-busy !!!!! Opps Luckl=ily, my work mainly comes from recommendations as my catering skills far outlay my photography skills. 🤣
