It's finally here....... Christmas, and to kick off the festive season, this Sunday we will be in Wantage for the Artisan Christmas Market, serving up our festive menu with a smokey twist.

Sliced smoked Turkey Crown, served with Cranberry sauce and Sage and Onion stuffing

Smoked Porchetta, filled with Apple sauce and served with Sage and Onion stuffing

Smoked Rib of Beef, served with Horseradish

Pigs in blankets: smoked pork Sausages, wrapped with streaky bacon, served with a Rich Demi Glace

And of course, BBQ favourites including our 6oz Gourmet Burger, served with homemade pickles.

A very busy but amazing evening at Witney Lakes Resort for their firework night.
Thanks to everyone who came to eat from us, and a massive thanks to Witney Lakes for inviting us, we had a great time 🎇🍔🌭🔥

This Friday, 7th November, we delighted to be attending the Witney Lakes Resort firework night.
With lots of great entertainment and food, it promises to be a great night out.

Well, that was a busy day at Wantage again.
Thank you to everyone who came to see us at Alfred-Fest, we hope you enjoyed our food.
Can't believe I'm actually saying this, but see you again in a few weeks for the Christmas Artisan Market.

Next Sunday 26th, we will be attending Wantage Town Council Alfred-Fest.
Can't wait to see you all again, we will be cooking some classic BBQ dishes, including Low-N-Slow Texas style Beef Ribs, Smoked BBQ pulled Pork, Mac-N-Cheese and more.

Oh, and homemade smash burgers that you'll be able to top, the way you want too.
