Wishing a very MERRY CHRISTMAS to all my lovely customers and everyone who has continued to support me this year. It's been a quiet year painting wise due to pesky arthritis forcing me to give up facepainting 😥 and I was so sorry to have to disappoint all those new and existing customers who enquired about booking Paint Me a Smile - I've missed being able to create those cheeky smiles for you ❤️

It was lovely to end the year with eventually getting the paints out again and painting lots of festive cards, gift bags and bottle bags 😊 This will be my focus going forwards, with maybe some new ideas too 🎨🖌️😊

So lovely to get the paints out again 🎨🖌️😊 - I'm donating a selection of hand painted Christmas cards and gift bags for Durham Cats and Dogs Home to sell at their family fundraiser on Saturday 22 November 3-9pm Coxhoe Village Hall to help raise vital funds to keep looking after those little fur bundles until they find their forever home 🥰
Why not pop along to browse the stalls, have a go on the tombola, grab a drink, and show your support 🐾

Just a quick update on Paint Me a Smile as I've had a few enquiries recently. Unfortunately I have had to put my painting on hold for a while due to some medical problems making it too painful to paint at the moment 😢 both for facepainting and also my painted bags and cards. Hopefully I will be able to get back to it soon and start creating those smiles once again 🎨🖌️🥰 Sorry for any disappointment. I will update again once I'm back to painting 🥰

What a pleasure to get the paints out again and paint for my great niece and her friends joint 5th birthday party yesterday 🎨🖌️👩‍🎨 Probably the busiest party I have done, with so many faces and arms painted in 2 hours I didn't have time to take any pics (just the one of me and my big girl painted up before heading to the party 😊).
Minecraft arm, butterfly face, and football arm for the birthday girl Hannah 🥳, and ninja turtle face and Minecraft arm for the birthday boy, Emmet 🥰 Then lots of butterflies, Minecraft, Stitch, footballs, unicorns, mermaids and Spiderman, arms and faces, with a couple of snakes thrown in too. Lots of happy, smiley faces which is what it is all about 😊
Great party at a lovely venue 🥰 Thank you Nat Wilson and Kimberley Hale for having me there (and for the yummy birthday cake). Hope Hannah and Emmet enjoyed their party too and have the best birthday days 🥳 xx

Happy New Year to you all 🎉 Hope 2025 is a good one for you and brings even a little of what you wish for 🥰

I have made the decision to put my facepainting on hold for 2025, so unfortunately I will not be taking any more bookings for this year, sorry 🙁 I still love making people smile with my painting, and am not giving up facepainting for good, but I am looking forward to taking the opportunity to focus more on my hand-painted cards, gift bags, and anything else I think of painting, as a new challenge for myself for 2025. So I will still be painting smiles......just in a different format 🖌️🎨😊
Thank you for supporting Paint Me a Smile since I started on my facepainting journey in 2019. Please keep following my page for further updates and I hope to see you at a market or fair very soon.

Well that's a wrap (pun intended 🤣) for another painty year 👩‍🎨 so I'd like to say a great big THANK YOU and MERRY CHRISTMAS to all of my lovely customers and everyone who has supported me this year 🎨 ..... whether it be having your face or arm painted, buying one of my hand-painted gift bags, cards or tags, allowing me to practise painting on you 😉 (you know who you are 🤣) or those who have simply taken the time to give me some lovely feedback on what I do 💕 I appreciate each and every one of you 🥰 It's been lovely to create so many smiles again this year, and the reason I love what I do.
