Miya Films was honoured to capture this sacred and historic moment as the Diocese of Anglican Missionary Congregations (AMC) Europe gathered in Manchester for the Advent Ordination of Deacons and Priests.

This solemn service marked a profound step in the lives of those called into ministry - examined, ordained, and commissioned through prayer, the laying on of hands, and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Surrounded by clergy, family, and the wider Church, these men were sent forth to serve God’s people with faith, humility, and obedience to the Gospel.

It was a privilege to document not just the ceremony, but the deep sense of calling, worship, and unity that filled the room. Moments like these deserve to be preserved with care, reverence, and storytelling that reflects their true significance.
