🌈✨ A NEW CHAPTER FOR LET’S PRETEND HINDLEY! ✨🌈

Some exciting changes are happening at Next STAGE Performing Arts! ❤️

As my business continues to grow and expand, I’ve been incredibly lucky to welcome more schools into the Next STAGE family. With these exciting new opportunities, I’ve had to take a good look at my weekly schedule and make a few changes.

This means that Tuesday 20th October will be my final Let’s Pretend session at Hindley Library & Community Centre. 🥹❤️

But don’t worry, because I’ve got some LOVELY news…

🎉🌈 LET’S PRETEND IS STAYING IN HINDLEY! 🌈🎉

I’m absolutely delighted that the wonderful Emma from Let’s Pretend with Emma will be taking over the session from Tuesday 3rd November! 🥰

Emma is fantastic! She’s warm, enthusiastic, full of energy and shares my passion for creating magical experiences for little ones. I know my Hindley families are going to absolutely love her! ❤️

🌈 Same magical adventures!

🎭 Same opportunities to play, explore, imagine and grow in confidence!

✨ Just a lovely new face leading the fun!

To all the wonderful families who have joined me at Hindley over the years, I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU! ❤️

I’ve loved watching your little ones grow, seeing their confidence blossom and sharing so many special memories with you.

It’s certainly a little bittersweet, but I’m also incredibly proud of how far Next STAGE Performing Arts has come over the last four years. What started as one little idea has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined, and I’m so excited for this next chapter.

And the best part? The Let’s Pretend magic in Hindley isn’t going anywhere! 🌈✨

Please join me in giving Emma the warmest welcome. I know she’ll be absolutely brilliant! 🥰

Hi everyone! 👋

Just a quick heads-up that Stubshaw Cross Club is once again unavailable this Monday 28th September while the refurbishment continues, so Let’s Pretend will be returning to our temporary venue at:

📍 Ashton Town FC
The Bartons Group Stadium

Ashton-in-Makerfield, Wigan

🚗 It’s only around 2 minutes from Stubshaw Cross Club.

⏰ Usual class time – 10:45am

So yes — just like two weeks ago, we’ll be at Ashton Town FC again this Monday. 🌈🎭

Everything else is exactly the same — same Let’s Pretend fun, just a temporary change of venue.

I really hope you can all still make it and I’ll see you on Monday! 💛

✨ Come and visit the Megfield Enchanted Tree ✨

We created the Megfield Enchanted Tree for local children to enjoy a little bit of free outdoor fun, magic and imagination right here in Daisy Hill.

Leave the screens at home and come and explore. This is a little community project made with love, and we hope children will enjoy it, add to it, and respect everything the Daisy Hill neighbourhood has created. 💛

At a time when we hear so many negative stories about young people around Westhoughton, we wanted to create something positive — a place that encourages children to come together, play outdoors and spread a little joy.

There’s lots to discover:

💛 Add or take a little treasure from the chest
✨ Enjoy the magical lights as darkness falls

This is what we mean when we talk about a PATHWAY. ⭐️

At Next STAGE Performing Arts, children don’t simply move from one class to the next as they get older.

They grow into role models, leaders and mentors for the children coming up behind them. 💛

Today in Shevington, some of our older students came along to support our younger classes — helping with activities, encouraging the children, joining in and showing them exactly where their own Next STAGE journey could take them.

And the benefits work both ways.

For our younger members, having older students alongside them builds confidence and gives them brilliant role models to look up to.

For our older students, it develops skills that go far beyond performing:

✨ Leadership
✨ Responsibility
✨ Communication
✨ Teamwork
✨ Confidence
✨ Independence

Some of our students are even using their time helping within the younger classes as part of the volunteering section of their Duke of Edinburgh Award.

That makes me incredibly proud, because this is exactly what I want Next STAGE to be.

Not simply somewhere children come for a weekly drama class.

A place where they can grow up, progress, take responsibility and eventually help the next generation do the same.
