Morning!

It’s a bit grey out there today so we’ve got a brand new cheese from Doddington on the counter…Hotspur. Matured for 4-6 months before being marinated in olive oil then coated in black pepper this fiery cheese will be sure to warm you up!

Pop in for a taster and see how it pairs with some of Northumbrian Pantry’s pickled spiced pears. 😋

We have 2 newbies on the cheese counter today & both have been requested by our lovely customers.

Raclette is a Swiss staple traditionally melted and served with potatoes, pickles and charcuterie; it’s a bundle of yummy goodness and perfect for this weather!

Handmade and related to Swaledale & Wensleydale Cotherstone is named after a village and parish in Teesdale, County Durham. Wrapped in wax it’s crumbly, lemony and slightly tangy. 😋
