Here are 20 perfectly piled up Baked Kofta with Tomato and Aubergine ready for the oven for guests at . This recipe was from the cook book FALASTIN by and .wigley a wonderful collection of Pastinian recipes.

Sadly I was too busy presenting this dish alongside 4 salads to grab the 'after' shot .....

This beauty was our first course earlier this week for a 3 course private chef booking for a 60th Birthday dinner at

Trio of beetroot with goats cheese and pickled shallots.

Couldn't resist adding Borage flowers and Thyme flowers from my own garden on top. Almost too beautiful to eat!
