⚠️ Carewell Chemist needs the community’s support
Words from Jatish Mistry at Carewell Chemist:
“After months of attempting to negotiate a fair rent with Hillingdon Council, and despite presenting evidence to support our position, we have unfortunately been unable to reach a satisfactory outcome.
The Council has now issued Carewell Chemist with a Section 25 notice, meaning a new lease must be agreed and signed by 21st September 2026.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the Council could terminate our lease, forcing us out of the premises and putting a local business that has served the community for 35 years at risk.
It would be an incredibly sad day to see this happen. We need the full support of our local community and local representatives to help ensure Carewell Chemist can remain on Mulberry Parade.
We would be extremely grateful for any support during what is a tremendously anxious time for us and other local businesses on the Parade. 🙏🏽”
