At Tiki Tonga, we source directly from our finest farmers around the world. Green coffee is the raw, unroasted seeds of the coffee cherry. These beans are processed (through washed, natural, or honey methods) after being harvested, but before roasting.

When evaluating our green coffee, it allows us to predict how it will perform during roasting and brewing.

By inspecting and cupping green coffee, we can choose the most consistent and defect-free beans.

Green coffee allows for full control over the roast profile, from this we can experiment and tailor the roast to match the bean’s strengths and flavour 🌱☕️

We were BACK at for an incredible game day against Newcastle Falcons - and what a day it was! The sun was shining, the coffee was flowing, and the vibes were absolutely unmatched.
