This beautiful pink rose on my evening walk with Debbie Doo reminded me of the lovely lady we said goodbye to today. We remembered an amazing life filled with kindness, love, determination and a true sense of style, and her legacy and example will live on in everyone who knew and loved her.

It been a busy couple of days celebrating three wonderful lives. Each ceremony, story and venue was different, but they all had common threads of love, kindness, hard work and joy. As the poem says, 'A life well lived is a legacy of joy and pride and pleasure. A living, lasting memory our grateful hearts will treasure.'
