Over the last two days, she has be engaging with leading industry professionals, participating in a full schedule of meetings with exhibitors, and exploring key trends and innovations across the meetings, events, and hospitality sectors.
Lucy has been eager to uncover new venues, gather fresh insights, and cultivate meaningful partnerships.

As an Events Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the events team with the coordination and administrative tasks associated with the creation of our events. As an Events company we support a couple of Charities each year. One of our charities this year is The Shakespeare Hospice.
This year on Dec 7th we have created a stunning evening in the theme of “Narnia” at the Stratford Manor Hotel.
We have a couple of west end performers, live band etc and we’ve curated a specifically and intentional highly emotive moment in the evening.
A key message from the hospice is that they aren’t simply there to support end of life but are there to support those grieving both during and after the passing of a loved one, particularly for children with the loss of a parent or significant adult in their lives.
This emotive “moment” in the evening is when 4 children… the child characters from Narnia… sing “You Will Be Found” from Evan Hansen. We have 4 children from Playbox theatre singing these parts.
However…. This is where we are desperate for support…..
We had an adult choir to fulfil the choral part of the song but this has fallen through due to the MD being poorly. We have stripped back the concept and I have an MD for the afternoon of the 7th 2-4.30 to essentially rehearse in any adults who would be happy to give their time. The children will be the only ones amplified and the concept is that they sing the opening on stage, we flood the room with adult vocalists in coats hats and scarves to sing the main chorus and symbolically they leave, leaving 1 child poignantly alone on the middle of the stage.
The request would be the following:
We need any adults who could give their time.
To learn the tune only…. Unless are able to pick out harmonies… track and score is ready to send out immediately.
To attend a rehearsal 2-4.30pm on the 7th Dec (we can be flexible to suit if needed).
They can then leave and return at 8pm or stay at the venue where a meal and soft refreshments will be provided.
To perform that 1 song at approximately 9pm.
We need adults!!!! Ideally who can hold a tune….. there’s a lot in the track so if anything we push the BVs and the visuals of adults flooding the room and then symbolically leaving is as important.

Claudia joined us 6 months ago and in that short space of time has demonstrated her passion for organisation within a creative setting in which she naturally thrives.
She’s a fabulous asset within the team and never fails to put a smile on any of our faces.
We’re incredibly lucky to have her in the team.
