⚠️ Creator South Update / Cancellation⚠️

After a lot of discussion internally, we've made the difficult decision to cancel Creator South on July 4th.

This wasn't an easy choice for the team. We were SO incredibly excited to bring Creator Meetups to Brighton, and we're proud of the event we had planned alongside our sponsors, indie developers, and partners.

Unfortunately, ticket sales haven't reached the level required for us to deliver the event in the way we'd want to, and ultimately, we don't want to let down our fabulous sponsors, game devs and attendees.

Rather than compromise on the experience for all, we've chosen to cancel the event now and be transparent with our community because that only seems fair to everyone.

All ticket holders and pin badge buyers will be automatically refunded. Sponsors are getting the option to shift their support to our North event or receive a refund, etc., we don't want anyone feeling out of pocket.

To everyone who has bought a ticket, shared a post, told a friend, or supported the event in any way: thank you. It genuinely means a lot.

While we're disappointed, this is NOT the end of Creator Meetups in the South. Building communities takes time, and we've learned a huge amount from this experience that will help shape future events!

For now, our focus turns back to Creator North, sneak peak our next event is in 3 months' time, we'll properly announce it shortly and continue to create the best experiences we can for creators across the UK.

If you have any questions, would like to chat with the team, or want to be the first to hear about Creator North, we'd love to see you in our Discord community! Link in bio! 🔗

Thank you for being part of the journey so far. We'll see you back in the North ❤️
