I might not be laughing all the way to the bank just yet, but I wouldn’t change a thing. It’s bloody hard work building a business in a creative industry where you’re constantly having to justify your worth and making very little money doing it 😂 but it’s also extremely rewarding when your customers and clients do actually appreciate your skills, knowledge and attention to detail. And I’m very fortunate to have been involved in some pretty epic projects so far.
Life’s too short to procrastinate, say yes to every opportunity and enjoy the small things - it’s only taken me 40 years to realise this 🙈

There’s no such thing as a “typical” day when you work in floristry - today it’s gift bouquets - a whole load of orders came in late last night and then more this morning so it was a day of prep, condition, create and deliver. Some days I don’t even touch a flower and it’s all quotes and admin 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s been a crazy busy few weeks of installations, weddings, gift bouquets, baby showers, gender reveals, birthday celebrations and anniversary flowers!

It’s been an absolute pleasure to provide florals for all your special occasions.

Next stop - Christmas! 🎄

I’m currently taking bookings for wreath workshops in Crowthorne, with more venues and dates to add soon, I’ll be taking orders for door decor for both residential and businesses this year so please do get in touch if you’d like to get booked in!

A few highlights from a whirlwind few days in London! The best thing about saying “yes” to things like this is the chance to catch up with so many amazing people who work in this industry.

Opportunities like this aren’t just about the project, they’re about strengthening connections 💕

Kirsty BLÜM Floral - Kirsty Noble and I competed together in 2022 and we’ve remained friends ever since, even though we’re at opposite ends of the country, so it was just fantastic to see her and her incredible mannequin which won most creative design 💜

Monet Monet Martin | WEDDING AND EVENT FLORAL DESIGNER has been a constant source of support and guidance behind the scenes as I’ve built my business up and having only ever spoken via Instagram it was so lovely to finally meet in person. (Sorry I got you mid reel in the photo 🤣)

It was fantastic to finally meet Steven from 🌿Moss Floral Art🌿 after chatting on Instagram. His personal story and floral talent are inspiring. He and Lou- Floral Artist were so kind and provided all the humour at the launch event 😆
