Planning power hours can be useful to help get your vision off the ground. If your not sure where to start or even just to help get a clearer picture of what you want. We would meet with you to discuss your ideas, needs, wants, the estimated budget, venue options etc and then we would take this away and turn this into an action plan with a break down on budget and provide any recommendations for suppliers. This should assist in keeping your planning on track

Welcome to Kate’s covers and consultation. We focus on hiring chair covers, sashes and table decorations for weddings, civil ceremonies, dinner events, birthdays etc.

We also offer a consultation service, from one off power hours, monthly maintenance meetings to full event management with a warm, personable consultant. We will assist in setting budgets, detailed action plans and generally keeping you on track in planning your perfect event.

I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and have managed over 100 events per year ranging in all sizes from 30 guests to 6000 guests, understanding that everyone has their own ideas on what they want and no two events are ever the same. Between my knowledge and my little black book of recommended suppliers we will be able to assist you in bringing your event to life
