For this months Supper Club, we’re delighted to be handing the kitchen over to Ryan Curnow, sous chef at Nathan Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen.

Drawing on years of learning alongside Nathan, Ryan will be bringing everything he’s picked up along the way with inspiration, flavours and techniques of his own thrown into the mix.

A very talented young chef, and one we’re pretty chuffed to be hosting in the deli. Make sure not to miss this one.

Our seating is a mix of chairs and bar stools, if you prefer not to sit at the bar, please let us know when booking.

Due to a few recent no shows, we are having to implement a 50% cancellation fee if given less than 24hrs notice.

We will begin at 7pm.

It’s been a welcome change of pace in the deli this week. The space becomes more relaxing, somewhere you can sit and work, catch up with friends, or browse some products without a rush. We love the summer and everything that comes with it, but change is good. These pictures feel peaceful and reflective of Autumn, taken by Ed Schofield | Photographer.

Fridays Supper Club with Will

Great conversation, greater food and flowers from the garden. A quiet but true celebration of Summer and a warm welcome to Autumn, looking forward to cosier evenings and the new season of produce to come.

We are looking for a chef to join our prep kitchen team. It’s a full time role, no evenings, producing food for our deli, restaurant and our few wholesale customers. Our team is a friendly bunch of seasoned chefs and the role would be well suited to someone starting out in kitchens and looking to learn.

The seasons are changing, so we’re going with them.

A table of good things. Cooked simply, using what’s around us right now. The last of summer, the beginning of autumn and all the good produce in between. An evening to slow down and welcome what’s to come.

For September’s Supper club we welcome Will, Sous Chef down the road Four Boys. He’s created a menu that celebrates, bright late-summer flavours while gently moving towards the cosier, more comforting evenings of autumn.
