Today marks a huge milestone - The Pantry turns 20 years old.
Twenty years ago, The Pantry was a small sandwich shop, driven by big ambitions, a lot of belief, and a willingness to work hard and figure things out along the way.
At the time, I had high hopes for what The Pantry could become but to have grown to the size we are today, and to still be a business I’m genuinely proud of, is far beyond anything I could have imagined.
What The Pantry has become is something far bigger than any one person. It has been shaped by every individual who has been part of the journey, every team member who has worked here, every client who has trusted us with their catering, and everyone who has supported us along the way.
I’ve also been incredibly fortunate to have the support of my family, who have stood behind me through the highs and the challenges. Like any journey, there have been moments that tested us, and having that support has meant everything.
Every early start, every late finish, every challenge handled under pressure, every detail delivered to a high standard, it all matters.
It’s those consistent efforts, day in and day out, that have built our reputation and allowed us to keep growing, year after year.
To everyone who has been part of the journey - thank you. You’ve helped shape what The Pantry is today.
I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
