Been terrible at remembering to take pics whilst cooking dishes so you can see what they look like! A few from the last few days:

1. Family sized portion of the rosemary lamb lasagne with meat from The Pie Shak this is topped with baby peppers and dollops of crème fraiche - spiced with fennel seeds it’s a really tasty dish a super special mid week treat!
2. Tuna Nicoise Buddha Bowl going out to my customers and being stocked Abbots Bromley Community Shop & Hub (get in quick only 2 portions)
3. Salmon Nicoise Buddha Bowl - another 2 stocked in the shop this week
4. The cod florentine from this weeks menu going in the oven for me and Andy - 20mins, super tasty and quick on these hot evenings - Andy loves this one with the cheddar & panko breadcrumb topping

Next Weeks Menu is out with some returning favourites and a couple of new dishes too - the Rosemary Lamb Lasagne is an absolutely beautiful dish (not sure why I havent put it on sooner). A real treat of a dish I pulled the recipe out of a magazine in 2011!!! Yes you can just order for one! Whether you live alone, have different tastes to your partner/family or maybe different dietary requirements - I can prepare dishes for one and do so for many many customers. And if you have a small appetite I can do 1/2 child's portions of the dishes wherever feasible.

My dishes are healthy, nutritionally balanced and I use the freshest, high quality ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible. I also offer delivery to really make your week extra hassle free.
