Hi All

I hope you are well and enjoying the sunshine

As you may know I made the decision to mothball the frozen meal side of the business due to the rise in electricity and other costs. After having a long think about what I could do I came up with the idea to supply our sauces frozen and in recyclable pouches so that they don't take up so much room in my freezer or yours. By changing our products to sauces only we hope this encourages people to use up more food wastage, as these are great for adding your own meat/veg or just on their own!

For this month I have a small sauce selection to see if the idea works for you and will also continue to produce the dal, mixed bean masala and bombay potatoes all in pouches and hope to expand the range by the next market

Each pouch is 400gms which is enough for two people

If you do buy a sauce pouch this month, I would love to hear what you put with it and your thoughts. If I have any great suggestions, I will share them with you next month. We are really excited to start this new collaboration with Ethnic Fusion and Khushee Street Food

Due to our Indian food being so good it’s classed as ESSENTIAL, the show shall go on!

This weekend you will find us at Creake Abbey Farmers Market doing what we do best and getting you all stocked up for the upcoming lockdown month and Christmas excitement.

Orders for home delivery is still continuing and available every 2nd and 4th weekend of the month, please let us know if this doesn’t work for you though and we can make other arrangements!

and finally....please remember the importance of shopping locally and with independent businesses, we really do love seeing all your friendly faces amidst the 2020 craziness and we couldn’t do it without you! We do have gift cards available for family and friends stocking fillers and gifts if you want to treat someone to a night in with Ethnic Fusion this Christmas!

WE’RE BACK!
Lots of our wonderful customers come from far and wide to enjoy one of the best Farmers Market in the UK, and we’re pleased to say that we will be back on July 4th!
We will have a selection of our frozen meals and some of our snacks available, you will be able to find us in the Summer House rather than the Barn!
Social distancing still applies and we’re doing everything in our power to make this as safe and enjoyable for everyone!
