Shocked to hear this sad sad news about a fellow industry gentleman who has passed away suddenly. I worked alongside Alan at many weddings and I know a lot of my past and future couples had him booked also. A creative and brilliant videographer. Sending love and support to his family. Rest easy Alan you were one of life’s gents 💔

It is with a very heavy heart that I share the unexpected and devastating news that my darling husband Alan passed away on Wednesday 14th May. Alan was one in a million and everyone who knew him loved him. Alan's couples were so important to him, and right up until the last minute he was able to, he was conffering with me to ensure nobody was let down. I want to take this opportunity to reassure all future couples that cover has been sought. June couples someone will be in contact soon. Thank you to Media Images videography & Your Day Productions for your continued and unwavering support over these past few difficult weeks. I will be available on chat to answer any queries.

We recently said farewell to a loving wife, mum, gran and many many other titles. A devoted lady to everything she put her mind to, not least for her beloved pastime of lawn bowls. Ladies champion and president over the years. She will be sorely missed by many. I read this poem during her service……

She walked the green with steady pace,
A smile, a laugh, a quiet grace.
With woods in hand and eyes so true,
She played the game she loved to do.
Not just for trophies, pride or fame,
But for the joy within the game.
The friendships made, the chats, the cheer,
The gentle peace of being here.
And now the green is still today,
Her footprints softly fade away.
But in our hearts, her spirit stays—
A champion in so many ways.
