Meal prep was so busy last week so please get your orders in nice and early to avoid disappointment.

As always my meals are made using fresh ingredients and nothing frozen

This week’s meals went down SO well, and I’ve loved seeing all the lovely feedback coming in 🥰

On the menu we had:

🍯 Sticky Honey Chicken Rice
🥔 Cheesy Mince & Tattie Hash
🍄 French Onion Mushroom Orzo
🌶️ Chicken, Chorizo & Paprika Pasta
🔥 Homemade Smoky Pork Meatballs

It’s been another busy week here at Garden of Eden Catering! 💚

Thank you so much to everyone who ordered meal prep this week—I hope you all enjoyed your meals. There were some delicious choices on the menu, even if I do say so myself! 😋

The new meal prep menu will be out on Sunday, and your meals will now come in our new compostable tubs too. ♻️

I also had the pleasure of preparing food for a lovely couple’s wedding at the beautiful Coats Paisley yesterday. I hope they and their guests enjoyed eating everything as much as I enjoyed preparing it! 💍🥂

🎥 Behind the scenes…

Here’s Vicky hard at work helping to set up this graze table for 150 guests at a fantastic Western-themed party. It takes plenty of planning, teamwork and attention to detail to create a display like this, and we loved every minute of it!

Our graze table was packed with all of our usual favourites, along with homemade salsa, homemade spiced onions, poppadoms and tortilla chips for guests to enjoy.
