A little teaser of one of the leg armour sculpts for you all 👀🔍
I'm slightly stressed with how far behind my crafting schedule I am now due to health, HOWEVER I'm feeling the creative juices flowing again and really hoping all the armour will be completely done by the end of this month, and I can tick off that massive milestone!!! All goes well, expect to see the next video in the series next week!!

So here I was feeling all excited at the end of January that I was being SO productive and was SO ahead of schedule, and then I got really unwell because of my disability 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 and now I'm stressed because I'm BEHIND crafting schedule, but regardless, we move 🤪🫡anyway because of this, my video for the leg armour isn't ready yet like I wanted it to be by now, so have a little hip tassel sculpting progress shot as a tease!!!

And here are the sexy HD progress photos of the arm armour!⚔️⚔️
I sculpted all the pieces myself from monster clay to get that organic, hand-forged-metal look, then made silicone moulds to capture all the detail. I then cast the pieces in a semi-rigid resin, so it will still have a little bit of give when I strap it tight! I chose resin instead of traditional foam or worbla armour, because I wanted something that’s lightweight, super strong, and still thin like real metal, and can survive travelling all over the world! After casting, everything was cleaned up and finished by hand.

In case you missed yesterday's Reel, I’ve started my most ambitious cosplay yet - the Blood Dragon Knight armour from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. This has been a long time dream build (literally 3 years of planning), and I’m so excited to be making it real!! This project has everything I love: sculpted and resin cast armour, prosthetic makeup, and yes… hand embroidery 😏
