Our advise with grass snakes is always to just leave them be. If anything you are lucky to spot one. This one was brought to us in an ice cream tub at a job as it wouldnt leave someones garden, decided to offer a meal which he/she accepted so it's off back to the wild where it belongs today. Such a pretty snake!

After the passing of our beloved banana man last year we have found space in our hearts and reptile room for a other "small" snake. We welcomed Clio today. A rehome we travelled to Peculiar Pets in Heckmondwike for today. Clio is approaching 3 years old and once settled in I'm sure will be a part of our line up sometime soon.

We have been without a "small" snake for a while now with the passing of our beloved banana man. Sometimes Tiny and Odin are a bit much for the younger kids. So tell me, what smaller species should we add to our line up?

Our little business

Hello and welcome to Reptile Rendezvous and Furry Friends! We are a family run business established in 2015. The business was started initially with just our lovely reptiles but quickly expanded into what we are today. The starting point for us was Lucan needing to be at home more due to our youngest having severe learning difficulties and very challenging behaviour. We decided to make the leap in March 2015 and despite being a lot of hard work, with many obstacles to overcome we are now looking back with a great sense of achievement. We adore our animals and are constantly working to improve things for them in any way we can. Our days revolve around our 2 children and caring for the animals, providing enrichment and a variety of foods to keep them happy and healthy. Something we feel very strongly about and feel we are excelling at!

We love what we do and it fills us with pride when we see our animals making your event a unique memory filled one!
