As part of our ongoing collaboration with a vegan indian restaurant in Islington called Omnom , we were asked for this season to come up with recipes that honour and acclaim the traditional cuisine of the Far East .

Here are some of what we believe will be some of the most popular of this upcoming season, including some interesting twists of the Nimbu soda .
What is a Nimbu soda, you may ask ?
It's a traditional homemade lemonade with a hint of salt that has ayurvedic health benefits .

With the hot weather always present in India, you tend to sweat and , while drinking water, may cool you down and rehydrate , it also consumes your sodium reserve, leading to muscle cramps and dehydration .

The salt in Nimbu sodas helps maintain a healthy sodium level and refreshes you at the same time .

After a few years doing what we do, you come to realise more and more how crucial relationships are not only to sustain your business but also to make it enjoyable and fun .

I can honestly say that work doesn't seem like working at all when you do it for and with people that you like and respect, not just returning clients but collaborators at any level , have you noticed that through the years the faces appearing in my posts are pretty much the same ?

Our dedication to providing a memorable experience for all of our guests goes way beyond serving drinks , we love being at events just as much as our invitees and our testimonials reflect it .

Equally loved by our guests and bartenders for its versatility and sturdiness , its sleek design and elegant lighting ; solid shelves , plenty of storage space , ice-well and speead-rail to allow our team to work fast and neatly .

It comes in 3 different sizes to accommodate any setting . Changing from 4 to 12 ft long, it can comfortably host 1 to 5 bartenders depending on how big the event is and how thirsty you are 😉 !

Here is the latest office party we did for one of our clients in the city this week , 2 bespoke cocktails and 1 mocktails to follow an important day of meetings at the firm .
It was finally time to relax , have a laugh and a drink or 2 and enjoy the office kitchen in a way different way .

We provided a full service with a mobile bar , tailored cocktails ,glassware and all necessary equipment , mixologists and floor staff ... should we do the same for your office too ?

I get often ask what my favourite part of the job is , and , to be honest , the answer isn't as straightforward , but i'd say definitely cocktails creation is certainly up there !

Here are a few examples from one of our previous menu : from Tiki cocktails , rum based with a hint of banana and flower blossom to aperitifs for sunny days with Campari and mediterraned tonic.
Twist on calssics with Italicus and charred lemon wheel or bespoke creations garnished with dehidrated , golden sprayed apple ... we love them all ❤️ .
