It might be August bank holiday, but we’re bringing the festive vibes 🖤🎄

We’re beyond excited to be launching the Alternative Biz Christmas Party, for all you amazing, hard working wedding suppliers, and tickets are now available!!

🖤 Where:
🤘🏻When: Saturday 10th January, 7pm until late
🖤 Who: For every wedding supplier that celebrates the untraditional
🤘🏻 What: A Christmas party packed with fun, fellow suppliers, pizza, music, entertainment and more!

Being self employed can be HARD AF, you may work totally alone so you may miss out on the fun parts of the traditional working world… like a Christmas party and social events! This is why we wanted to host an Xmas party with a difference, so that you can let your hair down and celebrate with other wicked, alt wedding suppliers!

Everyone’s favourite pickle loving, elder emo queen turns 30 today, and we want EVERYONE (yes that means you 🫵🏻🫵🏻) to join us in wishing our absolute powerhouse babe the happiest of birthdays

For those that don’t know Lily, which for real, get to know her, she’s not only an incredibly talented singer who brings emo bangers to 100s of weddings a year - she’s also a dedicated, hard working lil sausage. Not only is she one of the most booked singers going, she also is 1/3rd of us, records albums, puts on tours and generally smashes social media.

But she’s more than just Lily Kerbey Music, she’s a kind soul who always has everyone’s best interests at heart. She’s firey, she’s determined, she’s creative and passionate. You’ll find her anywhere pink, anywhere with capybaras and anywhere Bilmuri plays 🎷 She’s a Fred durst super fan 👀 and a caring nurturing soul

We are beyond excited to announce that Andy (he/him) of will be joining us at on Nov 16th to chat about booking your ultimate wedding DJ who wont be confused when you request Korn and Electric Callboy 😍

The Best Men started 10 years ago and wanted to fill the gap in the market that many of our friends identified when they were getting married, good music. Too many DJs supplied the one size fits all and played the tried and tested playlists but alternative couples wanted more, they wanted a curated bespoke service where professional DJs could adapt and cater the playlist to a perfect fit.

Our DJs have been working for a long time in the industry and know how to read the room on the night, we have an in-depth meeting about your favourite music, your absolute hatred of the Macarena and what might get your family shaking a leg. We put all that together on the night and make sure it’s everything you love and nothing you don’t. We have DJs that specialise in alternative genres and we use our knowledge and experience to create the perfect drops for you and your guests.

The West Mill offers a relaxed and individual setting for your special day.
