A gorgeous day in the sun celebrating Alexandra & Harry a couple of weeks ago ☀️.
They enjoyed a ceremony & canapés outdoors at the lovely soaking up the weather.
Loved seeing the menu we worked on with the couple come to life on the day.
Starters:
Cheese, Pea & Leek tartlet
Crab Cakes & Lemongrass sauce (wish I got a photo - these looked divine!)
Mains:
Dartmoor Rump Cap, Shallot Tart, Balsamic Onions & Wild Mushroom Duxelles
Roast Hake, Brown Shrimp Beurre Noisette, Fricassee of Peas & Broad Beans
Summer Pea, Courgette & Mint Risotto
