🙋‍♂️🐍🙋‍♀️😁 the wonderful boys and girls today on our return visit to The Grove Nursery School Armagh all about animals and how we should love and respect them. One animal throughout the world that gets a bad reputation through lack of understanding is the 💥. Today the boys and girls got to get up close with our resident 18ft reticulated python Pandora. 🙋‍♂️With her help they learned what snakes actually feel like, how all of those amazing muscles help them move without any limbs and how even something so big and feared can be extremely gentle and accommodating when we are not perceived as a threat. 😊 I think we can all agree that the boys and girls were amazing today, and we enjoyed our visit. 💥🐍🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️😁🌏🏫

What do you think of his colour❓️ He's what we call a leucistic which is why he lacks the normal pattern and instead has this stunning crisp white colour. 🔥⚫️🐍💥 this truly amazing right here. 🙋‍♂️ Meet Vader, the Black necked spitting cobra ⚫️🔥 yes that's right spitting cobra. how this species earns their name, with the ability to spit their venom up to 8ft away and aiming precisely for the eyes of anything that threatens it. 💥 Watch the video to the end to see that when a snake isn't threatened how they can react very differently. 🐍💁‍♀️😁 little 3 year old Lily this morning who was buzzing to see a snake so much that she volunteered to come up front and demonstrate to her class that snakes are not mean and scary. Instead like Bumblebee here, they can be quite tolerant and relaxed. 😁 Well done Lily we are super proud of you. 💁‍♀️🐍😁💥
