An exquisite Grade II* home, surrounded by a plethora of pretty gardens, both formal and open, sprawling woodland and a picturesque lake, Oxnead Hall is an idyllic spot. From the historic building itself to the medieval church on-site, to the Orangery and the Great Barn, Oxnead Hall is one of the most beautiful and versatile wedding venues in East Anglia.

Ceremonies in the Fountain Room ⛲💍

As one of our two indoor ceremony options, we couldn't love the elegance of this space any more than we already do. Oxnead Hall is a venue that offers plentiful options to couples, something that we're super proud of - but that peace of mind knowing your indoor ceremony could be just as lovely as your outdoor one, is something that helps our venue stand out amongst so many others.

This is also the setting of your drinks reception, of course, with our bar easily accessible from the Orangery. What's more, you can even host your outdoor ceremony on a dry day in this super versatile space - one of our personal favourite spots on our grounds!

We know that you all fall in love with the grounds when you walk around here at Oxnead Hall 💍✨ and we totally get it, they're vast and beautiful!

So make sure you take the time to explore them on your wedding day. We would always recommend heading out with your photo & video team during the day, and once more in the evening for those sultry golden hour shots.

Let's talk about indoor ceremonies in the fountain room ⛲💍

It's the perfect space, come rain or shine, for up to 140 of your guests to witness you say 'I do' in. Full of light and neutral decor, with subtle nods to the renaissance style of our venue, it feels as much a part of the beauty of Oxnead Hall as the gorgeous grounds do.

If you're keen on an outdoor ceremony but know that uncertainty with the weather could massively affect your enjoyment of the day, it feels reassuring to know that you have a space that's just as beautiful, but fully protected from the elements, to have your ceremony in.
