Sitting here gutted that the man who somehow changed the way I see life has died. Ever since his space dive in 2012 and his documentary showing what was involved it change everything in me. I took on challenges & experiences I never thought I’d do, especially in my 40s. Single skydiving, bungee jumps, running marathons, flying gliders, taking on obstacles races even qualifying and competing in the U.K. championships. His inspiration was relevant as he was the same age as me. I never met him and hoped I would one day to say thank you. But he at least went out doing what he loved, RIP Felix.

A fantastic night with Little Damdusters Beavers in New Ash Green! We looked at Space rocks, wore our real space helmet, listened to inspiring messsges from a real astronaut and of course learnt lots about space! Thank you Laura for arranging 🙂
