Our portable and impressive bars can be adapted to fit any space and accommodate both large and smaller parties. With a wealth of experience and expertise in the hospitality industry, our team strives to alleviate the stress and panic of event planning by taking care of all of your party needs

so you are free to enjoy your occasion. We also have exclusive access to some amazing venues and bands in Northumberland and Newcastle for the most impressive weddings or parties around. Our wide breath of knowledge, along with a strong relationship with some of the industry’s leading brands, enables us to provide a reliable and impressive service tailored to suit your budget and needs. We have great friendly and professional staff that provides a high standard of customer service. Security, entertainment (including the booking of DJ’s, bands and performance acts), staging, catering, marquees, themed decor, furniture, photographers, high quality lighting & sound and PA system complete with tech crew, have all been just some of the additional facilities we have provided for previous customers. We offer bar hire throughout Northumberland and Tyneside. We can set up a professional and fully functional bars anywhere between 1 and 10 meters in length. Depending on the space and location we can configure one or multiple bars that work with the dimensions of the place and your party requirements. For instance, you may wish for separate wine or Pimms bar hire at your event, or even numerous bars in different areas of the space. With the addition of fridges, optics and beer & cider on tap, depending on your requirements, our bars are built to deliver a high standard of service and execution. To help ensure your event is hassle free we can also take care of all your licensing requirements. We could also set up free hire or a percentage take on the bar to help pay for your event.
