📢 SHOW ANNOUNCEMENT 📢
Stipe: REM Tribute Band at The Witham in Barnard Castle on Saturday 17 April.

‘These guys are awesome’ – Michael Stipe.

Era-defining songs such as Losing My Religion, It’s the End of the World as We Know It, Everybody Hurts and Stand are recreated with passion and skill as Richard Southern’s carefully-crafted vocal pays homage to Michael Stipe’s unique and enigmatic voice.

The first half of the show is full-band unplugged / acoustic – whatever they call it these days. Stipe don’t do this set very often and it was pin-drop perfect last time we caught it. Then they’ll crank it up and rock out for Part Two. Taken together it makes for an thrilling journey through some of the greatest leftfield pop songs ever written.
