I’ve slowly been clocking up some miles for bowel cancer month …. I want to try and make it up on Sunday if these feet allow it … in the meantime by lovely sister .nicholls.1291 has been my stand in … excuse the pun ! It’s been 8 months since I first got sick and I wouldn’t have got through all of this without some special people. My work colleague’s, my family and friends and mostly the team I have at the hospital. I’ll be forever grateful …. Thankyou if you have donated to my bowel cancer page I can’t tell you enough how much it all helps ❤️

Starting to cook again …. It’s a bit of joy in some bleak days … made last night spaghetti (gluten free ) roasted tomatoes with cooked with plenty of olive oil and garlic , fresh basil and capers . Capers are my new addiction … this was absolutely yum and if I closed my eyes I was in the Mediterranean not in Somerset 😬
