Quiet on Instagram, very busy in real life! I thought I’d pop on with a little update, as it’s been a while! Although I’ve been quiet on here, it’s been a very busy summer behind the scenes with the 9-5, wedding coordinating, flowering and, of course, having the most wonderful two weeks off with my family 🤍⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It’s been lovely, but I’m now ready for the next few months, which are looking just as busy with styled shoots, wedding bookings and then hopefully… Christmas wreath making!

Bridal Bouquets 🌸 Arguably the most important and most photographed flowers of your wedding day.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
To me, your bridal bouquet captures the essence of your wedding vision. In some cases, it’s the very first glimpse your guests get of your flowers, setting the tone for everything that’s to come.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Whether your style is dancy and full of movement, bright and bold, textured and wild, soft and delicate, or sleek and structured, every bouquet is completely unique and thoughtfully designed with you in mind.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
During your wedding consultation, I’ll ask you to choose three words that best describe your day. Those three words become my guide throughout the design process, ensuring your bouquet truly reflects your vision and feels personal to you.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Your bouquet should feel like an extension of you - beautiful, meaningful, and unforgettable. ⁣

The Wedding Edit | A celebration of colour, craftsmanship & seasonal beauty.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Some designs stay with you long after the flowers have gone, and The Wedding Edit is definitely one of them.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Earlier this summer, I had the pleasure of collaborating with an incredibly talented team of wedding suppliers to bring this vision to life. While I’m naturally drawn to soft, neutral palettes, this design reminded me just how elegant colour can be when it’s thoughtfully curated.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Using the very best of the season, with the most incredible peonies taking centre stage, every arrangement was designed to feel romantic, modern and effortlessly refined. Full of movement, texture and beautiful seasonal blooms, this was the kind of floral styling that makes a lasting impression.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
One of the things I love most about floristry is that no two weddings should ever feel the same. Every couple has their own story, and your flowers should reflect that.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
If you’re planning a wedding where every detail has been carefully considered and you’re looking for bespoke floral design that feels timeless, natural and beautifully personal, I’d love to hear from you.⁣⁣

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but it’s certainly not because I’ve been taking it easy - I’ve been very busy in my flowery world! ⁣

Recently, I had the pleasure of being involved in a very exciting styled shoot alongside an incredible team of wedding suppliers. I can’t wait to share the professional photos with you all once they’re ready, as everything came together beautifully.⁣

For now though, you’ll have to make do with this very glamorous behind the scenes shot of my half drunk cup of tea, complete with a rather lovely flowery backdrop 🌸

The night before a wedding carries a kind of magic all of its own. After months of planning, countless decisions, and all the carefully laid plans coming together, everything is finally done. The venue is dressed, the dress and suits are waiting patiently for the morning, and for the first time in a long while, you can simply be present, soaking up these precious moments with the people you love most.

Alex & Dan’s wedding was no different. They married on a beautiful May day in the incredible grounds of Wootton Hall, and I had the privilege of creating the flowers for their welcome dinner the evening before.

We chose an abundance of seasonal flowers in soft whites, buttery pinks, and delicate greenery - a palette that felt effortlessly romantic and perfectly suited to the celebrations ahead 🤍

Wild urns in full bloom 🌿 I loved creating these wild floral urns, filled with a beautiful mix of seasonal blooms, locally grown flowers, and foliage gathered from my own garden. They made the perfect backdrop for a summer wedding ceremony and looked especially beautiful bathed in sunlight in the ceremony room at Walcot Hall.

Tiny hands, big blooms… and she already knows exactly what she likes 🌼⁣

This weekend was a mix of making beautiful bouquets wrapped in love and making memories. However, her version of “helping” is picking out the flowers she wants for the vase in her bedroom… and honestly, she’s got great taste.⁣

Three lessons I learnt while styling for this beautiful spring shoot… ⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1.Daffodils are divas.⁣⁣⁣⁣ Beautiful? Absolutely. Team players? Not so much. Freshly cut, they release a toxic sap that blocks other flowers from drinking. I accounted for it - separate conditioning and discreet water vials kept the rest of the arrangement performing perfectly.⁣⁣

2. Don’t leave your trimmings bag on the floor next to an electric heater while you pop off to make a cup of tea.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Very nearly set the studio (and all my beautiful blooms) on fire…⁣ Tea was still enjoyed, just with a bit more relief than usual.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
3. It’s okay to start again - I made the bridal bouquet three times. Not because I had to - but because I knew it could be better, and getting it right matters.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
All part of the process - and all worth it for the final result! ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
I hope you love the flowers as much as I loved creating them 🧡🩷💛⁣⁣⁣⁣
