What a weekend!

Friday: Britpart staff summer party. This is the third time I've covered this event and every year it's so lovely to see staff being supported, cared for, and valued. As my sister organised this one, and everyone left before us, we stayed and cleared up and secured the marquee for our friends at Tents and Marquees UK.

Saturday: Hednesford Hills Raceway annual meet. These guys were mental, up for a laugh, and completely messy by 1am.

Sunday: Wedding at Owen House Wedding Barn. As always such a stunning venue, we had an amazing crowd too. Added bonus working with The Hustle Band!

Want to know a bit more about the face behind the decks?...

1. This photo was taken at my cousin's wedding. I was bridesmaid, head hype crew, and in charge of the small people 🤪
2. Me and my mini me (the youngest), cos I need some help at times.
3. Professional photoshoot in my fitness gear, cos why not!
4. Shropshire Way 80k 2026, leading the warm up with my mini me.
5. Me and Derrick Evans at a fitness event many many years ago.
6. Chico supporting my party business at an event from pre-2019.
7. The The_StageDoor_Studios crew with the help of a bit of AI as we weren't all together in the photos the day the sign went up.
8. That time I appeared on the telly box in 2016 about talking about SEND support in mainstream schools and how awesome my eldest daughter is.
9. Charlotte and Connors wedding, the daughter of a beloved friend. One of the best gigs of my life! It's an honour to DJ weddings, but it's extra special when you adore the couple and have watched them grow and fall in love through your friends eyes.
10. Jade and Matt's wedding, another banger of a night. This one was extra special as I had DJ'd the best people's (grooms sister and her husband) wedding the previous year!

Today we are hearing from fantasy, sci-fi, horror and other indie authors about their journeys, experiences, and observations as writers and creatives.
Performances from the amazing .productionsuk too who, as always, blow me away with the beauty of their work!
