🎉🪁 Heads Up… Literally! 🪁🎉

On both days of the event, the fabulous “Colour the Sky” kite displays will be taking over the skies! 🌤️💨

Keep your eyes peeled—you might just spot Mickey Mouse doing loops, a shark cruising overhead, a manta ray gliding by, or the ultimate crowd-pleaser… DUMBO! 🐭🦈🐘 And that’s just the start of the aerial antics!

⚠️ Disclaimer: All displays are weather-dependent… so if it’s a bit breezy, don’t be surprised if Dumbo decides to take a nap! 😆

Bring your camera, your sense of wonder, and maybe a helmet (kidding… mostly 😉). This sky-high spectacle is not to be missed!

My amazing daughter currently sending out the pitch positions, posters, stall holder information sheets and relevant info to all stall holders.

There are still a large number of stall holders who have outstanding balances if you can get these settled ASAP please we will not send any info until these have been settled.

We are doing for A - C today so around 60 of the approx 200 stalls and rest will go out gradually over next week or so.

We’re currently looking to hire a large 6-berth caravan or motorhome for one week. The unit will be used on-site as:

A small office space

A break area

Overnight accommodation for our team

📣 Important Notice for Dance Groups & Schools Performing 📣

All wristbands have now been posted out ✅. However, we’ve been made aware that at least one school has received a Royal Mail card asking for a small fee (£1.50) before delivery.

Please note:

We took every package to the Post Office where they were checked, , and sent 2nd Class Standard.

Unfortunately, it seems one or two items may still have been flagged by Royal Mail.

If you receive a card asking for a small payment, please do go ahead and pay it — otherwise your wristbands won’t be delivered.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience 🙏 and thank you for your understanding. We just want to make sure everyone gets their wristbands in time for the big performances! 💃✨

🎪 STALLHOLDER UPDATE! 🎪

Hello fabulous stallholders!

We just wanted to let you know that the magical stall-placing fairies (aka our very real, very tired team) are officially in stall placement mode! 🧚‍♂️📋

Over the next week or so, we’ll be sorting through the mountain of amazing applications and carefully placing everyone into their perfect spot – like a giant game of Tetris, but with candles, cupcakes, crochet, and chutney.

🤹‍♀️ What to expect (soon-ish):

Your stall location

A map (so you don’t end up next to the portaloos unless you really want to be)

A parking pass

A shiny stallholder information sheet full of all the important bits

BUT – please bear with us! 🐻 We’ve got loads of stalls to juggle, and we’re making sure no one selling similar products is parked next to each other (because no one wants a candle showdown or a sausage roll turf war).

So sit tight, and maybe treat yourself to a cuppa – your info pack is coming soon!
