Here’s some advice I wish someone had given me earlier (and I still need a reminder every now and again!)

*Stop trying to fix everything at once.*

When you’re overwhelmed, your instinct is to do more.

More lists. More planning. More pressure. More yes's. More “I’ll just push through”.

This won't fix everything but it might just give you some serious overwhelm. We can solve all of this.

Relief looks like...

⚡ deciding what genuinely matters
⚡ parking the rest
⚡ and letting someone else hold part of the load

You simply need space to think clearly again and that’s where things actually start to move.

Which are you most guilty of? For me it's definitely lists!
