Still not quite over this exquisite floral installation by the immensely talented .rich.flowers at !

V&T’s intimate celebration began with drinks in the manor’s beautiful gardens before guests were invited into a space where we aimed to bring the outside in. The brief: classic, elegant, and unapologetically generous in scale, with the romance of an English country garden woven throughout.

A setting that felt part Provençal bistro, part sun-drenched California, with the soul of the Cotswolds at its heart — an effortless blend, totally unique to A&O.

The Creative Process Behind the Table 🪸

When I was first asked to style this travel-inspired luncheon for and , I knew I didn’t want to create a ‘luxury’ table in the obvious sense. I wanted it to feel effortless, sun-warmed, and transportive — like you’d stumbled upon it barefoot on a faraway shore, yet every detail still whispered refinement.

I take time with every concept. I like to sit with it, let it unfold. I sketch, moodboard, gather textures, fabrics, stories. It’s not just about how a table looks, but how it feels. That to me is true luxury!

This table was about escapism, yes — but also about the beauty of presence. Of slowing down. Of lingering with good wine, beautiful food, and better company.

Thank you to the incredible team who helped bring the vision to life. Here’s to designing more moments that feel like memories.

A very special Good Friday spent at the beautiful , with and . Children’s parties may be a new chapter for me, but what a joyful one it was! I knew from the start I wanted the tablescape to be both beautiful and bursting with fun — think edible chocolate eggs tucked into the blooms by my fav , baskets overflowing with fruit and veg, and an immersive Easter meadow beneath the wishing tree. A magical, secret garden moment for 26 lucky little guests.
