Larp season is nearing, and if you're in the UK like us - you're aware how random the weather can be and how cold it can get!

Just finished up this medieval fantasy inspired coat - taking inspiration from houppelandes with pane/ slash n puff style sleeves. This beautiful satin-backed blue twill gives both drape and structure and we love it. Getting it's first outing this weekend!

Quick little unedited post here showing just another step in armour building that really makes a difference. Wet molding!

This is a knee plate and this far it's been cut, edged, edge stamped, laced and now molded. The difference along the laced curve is significant, making the piece smoother and rounder while keeping the detail.

7 more pieces to lace and wet mold for the shoulders, arms and legs. Then I've got to focus on the belt, chest and gorget. After that - dying, edging and gilding!
