It's Volunteers' Week! 💜

As a volunteer myself, I know just how much volunteering gives back, not only to the people we support, but to us as individuals too.
Through volunteering, I've met some truly wonderful people, shared meaningful experiences, and made friendships that I know will last a lifetime.

A special shout-out to Tonic Health for the invaluable support they provide to those navigating grief and loss, and to The Community Butterfly Service, whose compassionate volunteers help people receiving palliative care at home and support their families during incredibly difficult times.
To every volunteer giving their time, kindness, and compassion, thank you. Your contribution matters more than you may ever realise. 💜

Lavender is never just lavender 🌿

It’s sleepy pillow sprays, calming balms, peaceful evening rituals, and that deep exhale at the end of a long day.

One of the reasons I love working with lavender in workshops is how differently everyone connects to it, comfort, calm, memories, sleep, self-care, it always seems to mean something personal.

I’m quietly creating more aromatherapy and herbal workshops, cosy, creative sessions where people can slow down, make beautiful things, and enjoy a little mindful time together ✨

Spent the day surrounded by lavender bundles and drying lemon balm, putting the final touches to a beautifully curated private workshop 🌿✨

There’s something so calming about preparing these little rituals by hand, herbs drying, oils blending, and the whole space smelling of summer 💜
