B ☠️ Handbook for the Recently Betrothed. Beetlejuice-inspired chaos, black and white stripes, absolutely no beige.
C 🌌 Where Galaxies Meet. Celestial, velvet, midnight blue and stardust.
D 🟧 Wes Anderson Presents: The Wedding. Pastel perfection, symmetry, vintage everything. Whimsical AF.

Where Galaxies Meet. Properly introducing this one now. 🌙

The universe is 13.8 billion years old. It took every single one of those years to put two specific people in the same room at the same time. That’s the story this shoot is telling.

Midnight blue and deep violet. Gold moons and stars. Velvet and stardust. Florals that look like they grew somewhere between here and the cosmos. A tablescape that looks like the Northern Lights came down for dinner.

This is for the suppliers whose clients are dreamers. The ones who want their wedding to feel like something out of a fairytale they haven’t read yet.

Let's talk about the Wes Anderson colour palette for a second, because it's doing a LOT.

Lime green. Teal. Sage. Blush. Coral. Deep peach. Colours that individually sound like they shouldn't work together and collectively look like someone bottled the feeling of a perfect, slightly surreal afternoon.

That's the palette for Wes Anderson Presents: The Wedding. Along with a symmetrical wedding party of six, vintage props, stacked suitcases and the kind of careful, deliberate composition that makes every single frame feel like a film still.

This is the shoot for suppliers whose clients have very specific taste. The kind of people who know exactly what they want and will book on instinct when they see it.

A little update on A Love Story For The Ages. 🖤

8th October. Hellfire Caves, West Wycombe. Daniel Ackerley on photography. And supplier spots are still open!

We’re looking for outfits, florists, cake makers, hair and makeup artists, stationery designers, jewellers, stylists and celebrants who want to be part of something that looks truly unlike anything else in their portfolio.

This is gothic romance done properly. Candlelit feasting tables, black lace, burnt orange florals, deep crimson velvet. Mysterious and luxurious, not scary, not Halloween. A real love story with serious atmosphere.

Something a bit personal today, bear with me.

I've been in the wedding industry for 15 years. I've watched suppliers pour everything into their businesses and then use the same stock-looking imagery as everyone else to market themselves, because that's what was available and affordable.

That always bothered me, because your work deserves better than that. YOUR couples deserve to find you through images that actually look like YOU.

That's why Emerald Orchid Creative exists. Not to produce pretty shoots for the sake of it, but to give wedding suppliers a way into beautifully editorial, publication-quality imagery that attracts the RIGHT enquiries.

Wes Anderson Presents: The Wedding is coming 🧡 If you've ever watched a Wes Anderson film and thought "yes, that is exactly the energy I want to bring to my work," this is your shoot.

Think Grand Budapest Hotel but make it a wedding. Strong lines, vintage colour palette, carefully considered chaos. The kind of imagery that immediately tells your ideal clients that you get it.

Florists, cake makers, outfits, venues, hair and makeup artists ~ this concept needs the right people in the room and I'd love for that to be YOU.

This is one of the upcoming Emerald Orchid Creative shoots and if you know, you know. Black and white stripes. Chaos. Charm. The kind of wedding where someone definitely said "say it three times" at the reception.

Right, Bucks wedding suppliers, I need a show of hands. 🙋‍♀️

I've been planning something for you lot, and so far I've been shouting about it into what feels like a very polite, very silent void. So I'm flipping it round.
