A great day spent with one of our brilliant clients! Menu tasting day ahead of a 300+ person gala dinner and anniversary celebration next month. It was a tough choice to pick 4 canape options from the 8 delicious ones the client had picked! The hit of the day was the mushroom and feta tartlet which was gorgeous. Then onto choosing main course options - always a tricky one! Lots of discussion regarding mass appeal, inclusivity and also speed of service. The winner was picked and then onto the mouthwatering desserts... A clear winner with a silky rich dark chocolate tart, salted caramel and raspberry sorbet.
