🔥✨ What a day to remember! ✨🔥

This weekend, Team Meetstus had the honour of curating an Asian-inspired BBQ feast for one of our long-standing clients’ birthday celebrations — and wow, did we bring the flavour and the fire!

From our signature spicy sausages to melt-in-the-mouth Beef Rendang, king prawns wrapped in banana leaf with lemongrass & ginger, slow-roasted BBQ pork belly, and of course, that, fragrant Nasi Goreng and more— every dish was made with heart, heritage, and heat.

The buffet was buzzing with colour, spice, and soul. The compliments came in waves… but what made us most proud? Watching our team come together, step up, and create something truly special.

Here’s to good food, better company, and unforgettable moments.

Here we go again, we feel truly blessed to be able to cater for maidenhead care and their 40th birthday.

We have made, our famous potato salad, heirloom tomato mozzarella and basil with a balsamic glaze, an Asian slaw with a miso soy dressing, charred broccoli orange and pomegranate salad with toasted seeds, Mediterranean vegetable pasta bake, citrus harissa herbed chicken, fragrant rice and beef Bourguignon.

Here we go again, today we are catering for the Hedsor House & Park staff summer party.

It was a hoedown themed event and we had so many compliments on our food and service. It has been truly amazing, we're so grateful for the opportunity and the experience.

This pork belly has been brined overnight in a fragrant pickle juice, then cleaned and infused with Mesoyi wood, pink and black peppercorns, garlic, ginger, onion, and bay leaf.

It’s gently poached in a 50/50 blend of white wine and natural spring water, with a bold splash of citrusy Toyomansi for added brightness and depth.

Slow-cooked at 110°C for 8 hours, blast-chilled, and pressed for 48 hours, it develops a rich, uniform texture bursting with aromatic flavour.

Just before service, it’s finished over the grill—adding a smoky char and caramelised edge to this unforgettable pork belly.
