Reliance was established on the principles that we want to provide cost effective, personalised and professional services to our community. We don't just aim for big b

usiness, one of our core beliefs is supporting the community and community based organisations - we love going the extra mile for every customer, ensuring that whatever service they are provided is delivered to the best and most of our ability! We know that events can be difficult to plan and implement, and sometimes finding businesses to provide the individual services required can be time-consuming and sometimes over complicated. At Reliance we can provide a whole host of event services to enable you to just have one company providing the range of services required to keep your event safe and smooth running.

We Recently provided event control room services to a local fireworks display. Ensuring that effective communications and incident management were maintained throughout the event.

What a 2023 we’ve had, bouncing back from the covid pandemic, we’ve been busy on a wide variety of events all across Essex, providing lighting rigs, sound systems, staging, event management, radio hire and much more to ensure your events reached the highest professional standard possible.

We look forward to an equally successful 2024 where we aim to grow even more as a company.

Sorry for the silence over the last couple of months, we’ve been busy working on a variety of events including: Christmas markets, pantomime’s, Christmas events, fireworks displays as well as receiving new equipment as well…

Today we are looking back at last Friday when we were at David Lloyd Southend Providing full event production services including Lighting, sound and rigging/staging. For their concert of Walk Like A Man Show.

We provided a fully LED based concert lighting system including Equinox Fusion 260ZR washes, Showtec Phantom 3R hybrids, CHAUVET DJ Q12 LED Slim pars, Elumen8 Virtuoso 2000 LED Fresnels and LED based Crowd blinders from Varytec.

“OH what a night”!!

Yesterday we were absolutely delighted to be able to provide full production services to David Lloyd Southend for their Walk Like A Man Show.

We provided rigging, staging, lighting, sound and technical production crew, for this absolutely incredible event.

We’ve added even more of the hugely popular LEDJ QB1 HEX IP up-lighters to our hire stocks

These are fantastic for uplighting any building or garden or statues. And thanks to their IP rating they can be used outside in rain, snow and sleet and can carry on unfazed.

We’ve added these compact LED outdoor rated uplights from Prolight Concepts Group. The LEDJ Rapid QB1 HEX, Is an IP rated fixture perfect for uplighting buildings and gardens and everything in between.

We’ve added even more Motorola Solutions Asia Pacific DP4400e’s and DP4801e’s to our radio communications hire stocks.

These digital radios are IP68 rated and boast 32 channels and have a battery life of up to 28 hours. All of this in a small compact UHF handheld device.

We’ve had a busy September so far with numerous site visits for upcoming events, attending PLASA trade show, purchasing new equipment. And helping to promote local events with uplighting packages.
