The Venue Portfolio, who manage The Venue at Gayton, is a small family-run business. We also run The Venue at Home where we can bring our expertise (and tipi) to your own land or garden.

We say that Alice looks after the pretty whilst Derek takes care of the practical!

What that means is that every element of your day is taken care of so you don't need to worry about it. The candles will be lit, drinks chilled, generator working and toilets flushing.

From your first enquiry, right through to the day itself, Derek and Alice will be the people you speak to. Whilst we are supported by our team during the event itself, you will never be passed off to a different team who don't know all the elements of what you are planning to make our wedding perfect.
